We loved this condo. The end unit is were its at. We have stayed at Calypso for the last several years and this was our favorite by far. Kim is amazing and great to work with. She responds to any email quickly.

We spent a week in 709E Calypso Towers. Condo was everything you could ask for. Very spacious and comfortable. Elevators were fast and clean. Property was very well maintained. We had a fantastic time. We will be back

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights and it was the most relaxing vacation I’ve been on in years. The sound of the ocean at night, the beautiful view and the location was amazing! We can’t wait to come back soon and stay longer.

Calypso 709E is a great unit. Being on the 7th floor is a great location for excellent views of the Gulf from the wrap around balcony. The unit has been well maintained and the 2 king beds are perfect for us. The location is great as it is right across the street from Pier Park. We used the car to go grocery shopping and then didn't use it again until the drive home. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

This was the second time we have stayed at Calypso, but the first in this Unit. It was just my husband and myself on this trip and we enjoyed it greatly. It is a very roomy condo, very clean, and we loved the wrap around balcony over looking the pier. Pier Park is just steps away, plenty of restaurants to shopping. Danielle was just a phone call away, and Dave and Jan were just steps away if we needed anything. Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home with us. Would recommend highly for family or just a couple get away.

The unit was nice and comfortable, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking our coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The furniture was comfortable and the unit seemed to be well maintained. We loved the bathroom, the shower was wonderful! We would definitely love to stay there again in the future. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, the beach service was great and the young men were very considerate.

First of all, Jan is super nice and easy to work with. The condo was super clean and perfect in every way. Love having our room on the seventh floor and also next to stairs in case of emergency. The wrap around balcony gives you a great view plus a wonderful breeze. Having the chairs already taken care of is the icing on the cake. You won't regret staying in this condo.

My husband and I originally had a trip planned to South Carolina for golf and beach. As it got closer we saw that the weather was going to be really iffy if not down right bad so at the last minute switched to Panama City Beach. We are so glad we did. We have never used VRBO before but will not hesitate to do it again. This was so smooth, and the reviews were great. The pictures were spot on and from the minute we walked in the door we were relaxed and didn't have a care. The owner and managers Jan and Dave were very easy to work with and if you have a problem they actually answer their phones and help. It was a great vacation with equally great accommodations. It was just the 2 of us and we had a 2 bedroom/2 bath but we would love to go back with the grand kids sometime. We had our car and so it was easy to go to store, restaurants, and golf. If you don't have a car, it's a walk to Target or Walmart to get your groceries but doable. There is always the little golf carts for rental across the street too which are fun. Pier Park is right across the street with restaurants and little shops. We never could get the tv in master bedroom to get more than one channel but that wasn't a big deal. The one iin the family room was fine along with the one in the other bedroom. Maybe the only 2 complaints we did have and they are minor was the bed frame in the master squeaked a bit when someone would roll over and there are no curtains in second bedroom (blinds but there is a light right outside so it might bother someone staying in that room). Other than that we just wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Very clean.

And we wish you would have called us about the tv (which was simply on the wrong setting) and the master bed squeaking - we would have addressed them promptly. We haven't ever had anyone say anything about light coming through the window in the second bedroom, but we will look into it. Very spacious and nicely appointed unit. We have stayed in other units in the complex but by far this is our favorite! Very easy to work with during the rental process and quick return of our deposit! Easy walking distance to Pier Park, hope to return to this unit next year!

Here for Spring Break 2016. Beautiful condo with great view. Highly recommend this property. So close to Pier Park shopping, eating & movies if you happen to have a rainy day. The beach is great. My teenagers had a great time (under 21) going to a concert nearby. Very family friendly.

My family was there thru fall break and we could not have found a better place. We were so close to everything we did not have to move our car. The place was very clean and working with Jan and Dave was easy, they are extremely nice. We will return to the Calypso and stay in one of their places again. its a great place to be for the Pirate Festival. The Pirate ship came to the beach in front of the place and that really was exciting to our grand son. And the fireworks off the pier were beautiful and oh yea the pier was so close my husband walked over to fish every morning.

Great condo...fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and very clean! Definitely would come back again :). Also, being right across from pier park was so convenient! Thank you so much for sharing :)

My family and I enjoyed this condo so much. This was my first time to rent through VRBO and I was a little skeptical. However, Dave and Jan were great to work with, professional and very pleasant as well. All went smoothly. The unit is very spacious, beautiful view, convenient to everything. Very clean and comfortable and we had no problems during our stay. I would recommend Calypso and can't wait until I get to visit beautiful PCB again.

My friends and I rented this condo for 3 nights based on the reviews. At the time of booking our requirements were to be oceanfront and within walking distance to Pier Park. Not only is this place perfectly located but it's spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The view from the balcony was stunning. In other words, this place ROCKS - and we are already planning our next trip to stay in this very same condo!

Our family stayed here a week in August -- this is a gorgeous condo, great location. The 2 BR / 2 bath was a perfect setup for my husband and I and the kids. The views from all the patio doors with balcony access was unbelievable! All the employees of Calypso paid attention to details and kept the outside and the pool areas tidy. Love that Calypso had it's private beach -- not very crowded at all! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

My family recently stayed in your unit at Calypso and our stay was excellent! We loved the 7th floor view from the wrap around balcony! The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We also appreciated the extra attention paid to small things such as the quality of the bath linens and bedding. This is a definite return visit for us!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was large and very tastefully decorated. The view from the wrap around balcony was amazing! There were plenty of chairs, small tables, and even a lounger on the balcony. My husband and I ate our breakfast on the balcony each morning while our teenagers slept in. The kitchen was well equipped with anything that you would need. It was very nice having a washer and dryer. The master bedroom was great and the master bath was huge with twin vanity, tub/shower, separate shower, huge walk-in closet, and a separate lavatory with it's own private door. There was also a sliding glass door in the master with access to the balcony. Pier Park with all of its many shops and restaurants is within walking distance. The sandwich shop across the street was great also. I would most definitely stay here again!

Our stay was so enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The online pictures on this condo does not give it justice, it was so much larger than expected, I enjoyed having coffee/breakfast on the patio, which was equipped with a table, chairs and more. Watching the dolphins swim by, what an unbelievable sight. Having a washer and dryer after a long day at the beach what a helpful necessity. The kitchen was fully equipped, plus the little things you forget you need. The master bathroom was so huge, it had two showering areas, plus a private door to the lavatory and plenty of towels in each bathroom. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds/hotel style, with extra covers if needed. Everything was within walking distance, Pier Park and it's many attractions made not having to drive so convenient. The manager to this condo was so helpful, being on site to answer any questions or concerns, gave us a secure feeling with our stay, and true to their word, my security deposit was returned within the time frame stated on lease. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. This condo has a gorgeous view with a great wrap around balcony. There is plenty of storage with nice sized closets and dressers in each bedroom. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is larger than my closet at home. The washer and dryer are very large and work great. The condo is beautiful and it made our vacation wonderful. We had no problems with anything! We will surely rent this condo again in the future.

My husband and I stayed with my parents in this unit and absolutely loved it! It's very nice, well maintained, clean, and has a great view with a large wrap around balcony. We especially loved how close we were to Pier Park. I highly recommend this unit - you won't be disappointed!

The resort as well as our condo unit was exceptional!! Very spacious unit, the wrap around balcony offered breathtaking views of the Gulf. We loved watching dolphins and sting rays in the mornings over coffee. The resort is in a great location and within walking distance of most everything! We were very impressed with the resort, but they are fairly strict with the rules, especially around the pool. You must have a wrist band on at all times and you cannot save chairs by the pool for others. I guess that is necessary, however. Thanks to Dave and Jan for great service and an excellent condo. We will definitely be back!!

I have stayed at this property several times. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Every room in this condo is nice. I enjoyed hanging out in the pool area. Also it is a short walk to the beach with many watersports to choose from. It is near to great restaurants and shopping areas. I enjoyed every minute spent there and highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful accomodations, perfect location, and a wonderful time had by all! Have stayed here several times and will continue because the owner is easy to work with and wants his guests to have a great time.

This unit is located on one of the most beautiful beaches I've been to. I loved waking up and looking out over the ocean to see dolphins swimming by. Pools were not over crowded and very well kept. The unit is spacious and decorated perfect. There is a lot to do with the kids close by. This is where I hope to spend many vacations in the future.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious unit. It is one of the best in the tower. The location is perfect for shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park (just a short walk across the street), yet not close to the traffic congestion of some areas.We have been staying here 3-4x a year since it was built. The pool and beach are beautiful as well.

Unit was very clean, safe and close to stores and restaurants. Very walkable area. View is awesome! The beach and pool were perfect. We would definitely go back! Really had toooooo much fun!
