**We have RESERVED PARKING spaces in the gated private parking garage directly under the condos. These spaces are available first come – first served upon request at time of booking for a rate of $20 per night. With the reserved space, you never need to search for a parking space in the parking structure across the street.
** There is general parking across the street in the north parking garage as well. The HOA charges $20/car/reservation for regular season. Please call office regarding monthly rental rates. You will be sent an email with a link to register your car(s) a couple weeks prior to your arrival. Please make sure we know the exact number of cars you will need to register prior to your planned stay.

It was wonderful!
We absolutely loved the condo. The location is perfect. Pier park is just across the road and we enjoyed a couple nights there shopping and eating in the many restaurants there. I would most certainly stay there again. The condo was very clean and we didn't have any issues. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to have a nice, comfortable vacation. The view was WONDERFUL.

My wife and I loved our first stay here so much last year that we went back again this year. We will continue to book this every year as there is no better place to stay for a great getaway. The location is perfect. The 3rd floor is the perfect height for us. Great views from the balcony of the ocean, pool, and the pier. Pier Park is just a hop, skip, and a jump away for any kind of food, entertainment, and shopping you would ever want to do. The owners are fabulous and there response time is amazing. I don't have anything negative to say at all about our stay or this unit. I am already looking forward to our next visit !!
My family enjoyed staying at Calypso 307. The unit was perfect, absolutely beautiful and very convenient, as we never had to wait for an elevator. The owners are very friendly, fast to respond to any questions we had regarding the unit and very quick to refund our Security Deposit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Great location on the 3rd floor. Convenient to Sky Bridge IF you are able to get a parking spot in the garage on the 3rd level. Previous review indicated there was a private spot in the garage under Calypso but I guess the owner did not purchase a spot this year. Loved being able to walk to Pier Park. Excellent view of ocean, pool, beach, and pier. Condo was clean and somewhat spacious for a one bedroom. It sleeps 6 but space was tight as we had 5. Kitchen nice but no pantry so storage for groceries is limited. Loveseat and sleeper sofa need to be replaced in living room area. Mattress on sleeper sofa was not usable. TV in master worked but outdated. For the price, expected a flat screen and a larger flat screen in living room. Also, master bedroom located street side/walkway so no sleeping in as it was noisy when other tenants passed by master bedroom window. Overall, nice place...even better if owner makes the minor changes that are within his control.
We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the unit overall, and apologize for your dissatisfaction with the loveseat and sofa sleeper. We are currently working with the owner to update these items as well as both tv’s. Regarding the size of the unit, this floor plan is designed as an affordable option for couples and larger families who are traveling on a budget, and in this capacity it works very well. We do have larger units available for guests who prefer to have more space and are less concerned about staying within a particular budget. Unfortunately there’s not too much we can do about the kitchen not having a pantry, but we do try to keep one set of double cabinets in the kitchen open for guests to put their food and other items in. Concerning the location of the master bedroom in this floor plan, we are sorry to hear you were unable to sleep in, however, the benefit of being on the same floor as the skywalk for the parking garage provides a convenience that many guests enjoy, and this unit rents well precisely because of its 3rd floor location. Regarding the parking space underneath the condos, this particular unit does not automatically come with private parking but we do have two private spots that we are able to offer our east tower guests on a first come basis at time of booking. The guest you are referring to visited during August, which is a slower season and therefore increases the possibility of one of these two reserved spots being available when the reservation is booked. Our February in PCB was a welcome relief from the usual ice and snow at home. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and spacious - the view was spectacular, even saw dolphins from the balcony! Dave & Jan were great, always available and helpful. We had no issues with the condo. They answered all questions and suggested places to see. We give this rental "thumbs up" and would certainly stay again.
No conplaints. Everything you could want in a condo on the beach. Great location, within walking distance to the pier, which my husband loved. Pier Park was across the street. The condo looked nice, very comfortable and lots of space. It's on the 3rd floor, which was great for viewing the ocean, beach and pool area with no long elevator rides. Yes the walk ways are narrow, but I figure they put that space where you'd want it, in the condo, it's only a problem when you are checking in or out with the carts. This condo came with the private parking space in the garage under Calypso, we loved that. Although with everything so close by, we found we didn't do a lot of driving on this trip. But it was good to not have to search for a parking spot when we returned when we did go out. We love PCB and this condo was one of our best places we've stayed.
