We stayed in several condos in Panama City, but this one is a keeper! The beds were comfortable (I usually don't say that about any bed except my sleep number), the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, the view was fabulous, & close to shopping. Having a parking space and beach chairs were an added bonus. We will defiantly keep this condo bookmarked to book again!

We enjoyed our stay. Weather wasn’t great so the openness of the condo was wonderful while we were stuck inside.

This condo is amazing! The views are perfect, everything is clean and well taken care of, and there is plenty of space. I love the decor and was comfortable throughout our stay. Kim, Jan, and Dave were so helpful and accommodating. White Sand was truly a dream to work with. I love that they give so much information to help plan. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice condo. We enjoyed the large kitchen, large balcony, and all of the windows with a view. The unit is at the end of the hall, so it's a little more quiet. The free parking in the lower garage was the cherry on top!!

Beautiful decor, very clean, bed was very comfortable. We had a great time doing my two favorite things, walking the beach and shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rent again. We wished we could have stayed longer this time.

I found this rental company from a google search and I must say that the entire experience was awesome. Kim was awesome to work with, we were given a great rate and loved the condo! We are already looking forward to booking our next trip. I also love the fact that if you rent through this company, you don’t have to pay all of those ridiculous VRBO fees!

This was a beautiful condo! We come down 3-4 times a year and I liked this one the best! Pictures don't do it justice! It's very roomy even with a 7 year old! Jan and Kim were a pleasure to work with and made our stay wonderful! Will rent this one again!

Great condo. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent views from balcony. Beach chair service tops it all off. Walk to pier park. Check in and never have to leave.

This condo had everything we were looking for. The location, close to Pier Park was excellent. Private parking in close proximity to the elevator is a huge bonus. (especially on arrival and departure dates) This unit is very tastefully decorated, first class all the way. The bed slept great, the wrap around balcony, which provides a beautiful view up and down the beach, is a nice plus, as is the included beach service. I would highly recommend this condo, and I most definitely plan to stay there again.

We love staying at Calypso, we don't even have to get the car out all week. So many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And your condo was gorgeous! Would love to stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a beautiful condo and we had a great experience...no issues at all. Plus, the use of the beach chairs was an added benefit. Our kids loved being close to Pier Park. We typically stay down on Thomas Drive and was concerned that it may be too noisy but it was not a problem at all.

We had a wonderful vacation in PCB. The condo was absolutely amazing. Please let the owner know how much we adore her taste in decorations. She has done a fabulous job. The condo was clean, very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. This was our 10th year and I can honestly say that this condo is by far my favorite. Thanks to you and Kim for all your assistance in getting us down there. We appreciate you.We'll call you next year.

This condo is superb! It is beautifully decorated and maintained. We were very comfortable and hope we can stay in this same unit year after year! Great location for family or girls getaway. Beautiful views from the balcony. Loved having the private parking space close to the elevators and the beach chair service. Honestly can't think of a thing to improve.

Stayed at this condo for 3 nights during bike week. The condo was very nice, and quite clean. I suggest bring extra paper goods for kitchen and bathroom, there is enough to get started. It was stated in an earlier review I believe. The view is awesome. The reserved parking, and beach chairs were good additions. Would stay here again, as well as rent from these same people also. They are very helpful. The only negative I can mention might be the cleaning fee. It is a bit higher than other condos I've stayed in at PCB. Then again the condo was very clean when we arrived.

We supply a few basics to get everyone started, and the list offers a some suggestions and reminders of other items you may need to bring or buy depending on the needs of your group and length of your stay. And while we do charge a little bit more for cleaning, we also have very high standards as well - which you were kind enough to note. The condo was beautiful. Great views was immaculate and from me that is a great compliment!! Had small problem with a door ( only because I opened all the doors and the wind blew it to hard) and I think Dave was there to fix it within 10 minutes. Would absolutely recommend it. I just was in heaven for a week pretending it was mine. Nicely located right near pier park and is in walking distance to everything you could possibly want or need. The parking was great very neatly kept and felt very safe.

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks and enjoyed our condo very much. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the most wonderful vacation in your lovely home. Everything was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, the linens were high quality and the kitchen was well-equipped. We arrived passed dinner time, tired and hungry, and Dave suggested a good place to eat where there was no wait and close to a grocery store so that we could stock up for the week. The beach was never crowded, as was not the case when we visited Seaside and Watercolor. The cottage is perfect for a vacation. We were able to enjoy our time together in the great room, but everyone had their own bedroom and bath. All in all, this beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations. We have been traveling to the 30A coastline for the last 10 years and adore this area. Magnolia cottages by the sea are in a wonderful location and I would highly recommend this cottage. I have stayed in many properties over the last 10 years and I would say this is the only property I will be staying in from now on :-) Everything we required was available within the home and available for us to use. Thank yo for sharing your wonderful home with us. My only comment would be that next time I will remember to bring my portable BBQ ;-)

We highly recommend this place! We had a fabulous time this past spring break at this location. The weather was a bit chilling for this time of the year, but it was no impediment for a fun week at the beach. This cottage is perfect for a family with small children. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The kids loved the board games, toys and movies and the cottage was impeccably clean. The owners were extremely cordial and accommodating to our needs. They even replaced a defective DVD player with a brand new one and mailed a couple of items we left in the cottage, including our daughter's favorite stuffed animal. Even though the cottage is one of the farthest from the street, the walk to the beach is still short and the pool is on the way. The beach access is right across the street and the beach itself is simply beautiful and not crowded at all. Rosemary Beach neat town center is just a stone throw away and Panama City Beach is about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed both places. This was our first vacation in the FL Panhandle and we look forward to come back soon!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage recently and had a great mini-vacation. It was secluded, quite and relaxing. Who could ask for anything more? Loved having dinner on the screen lanai, your own private world surrounded by trees. Could not hear or see the neighbors. Beach is only a few minutes walk away and not crowded like the condo beach areas. Was a bit nervous booking a property I had not seen personally. I shouldn't have worried, it was excactly as described. Close to shops & restaurants. We had such a great time that I will be bringing my husband back in September to celebrate his birthday. Debbie

My granddaughter and I had the pleasure of renting the cottage for one week in mid-May and could not have been more pleased. The cottage was spacious and beautifully appointed. Setting was so private. Lovely sitting out on the screen lanai or in the yard with lots of birds and squirrels to entertain us with their antics. Very quiet, relaxing. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, passing the community pool on the way. No need for a car, able to get to the shops and restaurants with the golf cart we rented. Could not have asked for more and am looking forward to returning. Anne & Katrina
